I've been in law enforcement for 29 years, so I'm one of those who don't enjoy "change" very much . . . and along came NIBRS. Eagle hosted a two-day training in March, in Carrollton, to help agencies prepare for this new NIBRS mandate. We began entering test data in April for testing, and in July we got the green light from the GBI to go live with NIBRS. I can honestly say that I have not had to want or worry about a thing when we have needed assistance with this system [NIBRS], which at times can be difficult to understand. We've had many questions regarding entry and Eagle is always on top of the entry requirements and ready to go above and beyond to help me and my team get it done. For all other non-NIBRS issues, if there are any, I can call or email and get immediate assistance from them. They treat you like family. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are informed from the beginning to the end.
