My name is Mike Gibbons with the Newton County Sheriff's Office in Covington, GA. We have been a customer of Eagle Advantage for over 20 years. I would like to thank you for your amazing tech support team at EAS. Last night, we encountered an error on our Eagle server and I called EAS for support. Chris stayed until about 7 pm without flinching - he stayed positive while I was getting nervous, and he found the cause of the issue and got us back up and running. I have been doing tech support for almost 30 years.
