EAS worked with a leading metals fabricator to design, test, and produce a cabinet solution to house fingerprint scanners made by Green Bit Biometric Systems. Using an interchangeable adapter bracket, the rugged steel cabinet can hold the DactyScan 84c 10-print scanner or the MultiScan 527 palm scanner, which are two of the most prominent models manufactured by Green Bit. Perfect for jail or heavy-use environments, the cabinet also features an adjustable computer shelf, lockable access doors, swivel casters and leveling feet, integrated foot pedals, a pull-out keyboard tray, a monitor arm with a VESA-compliant tilt & swivel mount, and an optional mugshot camera mounting kit. The new cabinet solution provides yet another option for installing Live Scan equipment and should prove to be a popular addition to our product line.
