COVID-19 Advisory

June 23, 2020: Update to COVID-19 Advisory

Like many other Georgia businesses, over the last several weeks we’ve transitioned back to a more normal level of in-person operations. All of our employees returned to the office on May 11, 2020, and in response to customer demand, we’ve slowly resumed conducting and scheduling important on-site visits that were postponed during the earlier stages of the pandemic. However, we’re continuing to take all appropriate precautions to keep our employees and customers safe during this ongoing public health situation.

Sincerely,

Cathy Guillebeau President, Eagle Advantage Solutions, Inc.

April 17, 2020: COVID-19 Advisory

As many of you know, most of our customers are public safety agencies or other essential businesses that are continuing to operate during the current public health crisis. EAS has also remained open and is fully staffed in direct support of those essential businesses. So please call us if you need us!

However, we’re all in this together. So to do our part to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have implemented several preventive measures in accordance with CDC, state, and local guidelines:

  • Our IT team set up most of our employees to be able to work from home beginning on March 30, 2020, and our Help Desk is taking Support calls without missing a beat.

  • We have a skeleton crew at the office to handle any hardware needs that might arise, and those individuals are social distancing, hand sanitizing, and following other safe workspace procedures.

  • We’ve postponed routine customer visits and new installations in highly-affected or locked-down locales.

  • If we do need to make an on-site trip in support of a critical function or piece of equipment, our technicians take extra precautions and also comply with any additional policies each organization may have in place for visitors.

We know that these are difficult times for everyone, especially those who continue to work in large groups or in a public capacity. Therefore EAS would like to thank law enforcement and other first responders, health care professionals, military personnel, airline and airport workers, grocery store clerks, take-out restaurant servers, and anyone else who’s supplying necessities or helping to keep our infrastructure up and running during this pandemic.

Sincerely,

Cathy Guillebeau President, Eagle Advantage Solutions, Inc.
