We’re excited to welcome another new customer to the Eagle*Advantage fold this month! Hancock County Sheriff’s Office has had our Live Scan product for many years, and now the agency has gone live with our Eagle*Advantage RMS/JMS as well. The full software suite includes all standard records and jail management modules, an interface to their Live Scan, plus optional features such as the Sex Offender and Inmate Information websites. In addition, the sheriff’s office received a new integrated IP network camera for mugshots, and we will be converting and importing the Arrest Booking and Incident Reporting data from their older software into Eagle.

Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, Ga., Buys 10-Print Cabinet System from EAS, Inc.
This week Savannah-Chatham Public School System (SCCPSS) became our newest Live Scan customer. The school system elected to go with a cabinet-based 10-print solution. The cabinet was the first ruggedized unit we’ve installed that was specifically designed to support the cost-effective Green Bit scanner line. The SCCPSS Campus Police department will use the new fingerprinting system for a variety of purposes such as performing identity verification and criminal history checks on teachers and other school system employees throughout Chatham County.
Sale City, Ga., Begins Using Eagle*Advantage RMS at Police Department
Sale City Police Department is a small municipal agency staffed mainly by Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office employees. EAS tailored a small-scale solution for the PD to fit their records management needs. We upgraded existing office computers to professional versions of the Windows operating system and then installed an inexpensive server option to house the Records Management System database. Since the officers were already well versed in operation of the Eagle software, the transition to the new system at the PD was smooth and easy.
