Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has upgraded their RMS/JMS software to Eagle*Advantage, and the county’s Emergency Management Agency has simultaneously upgraded their computer-aided dispatch software to ez911’s ezCAD system.  The integration between the two systems will allow deputies to import CAD call information directly into the RMS, alleviating the need for time consuming duplicate data entry.  The sheriff’s office also received our first portable Eagle*Print Applicant Live Scan.  In response to the agency’s desire to provide parents with fingerprint records for their children during safety days held at local schools, we designed and added that capability to the software.  The Child ID record type is now a standard feature of Eagle*Print.  We’re very glad that we could assist the sheriff’s office in their efforts to support their local community and that the agency has entrusted their public safety software needs to us.
