Cathy Guillebeau
President


Cathy Guillebeau has been the President of Eagle Advantage Solutions since January 2011. She has extensive experience in the public safety software industry, and is an expert in Records Management and Jail Management systems development. Cathy's background includes more than 30 years' business experience and she holds a B.S. in Computer Science, graduating with honors in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of West Georgia.
Whitney Pike
Vice President,
Engineering

Whitney Pike is a highly experienced software design and development engineer, focusing primarily on Live Scan, Records Management, Jail Management, and Mobile law enforcement systems. Whitney has more than 11 years' experience designing and developing enterprise software systems. While at EAS, his primary focus has been on architectural design and leading the engineering team in agile development methodologies.

Whitney's past experience includes The Ross Group, Inc., where he worked on complex software development projects including UVIS (University Veterinary Information System), AAA Motor Club, and NASW (National Association of Social Workers). Whitney graduated from the University of West Georgia’s AACSB accredited College of Business with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems.
Cindy Davison

Cindy Davison has 30 years' experience in government and private sector software support, customer relations, and sales. She is also well versed in account management, client contracts, and maintenance agreements. Cindy uses her thorough knowledge of public safety software to manage the process of integrating Eagle*Advantage products with other vendor software.

Jared Bozeman

Technician
Jared Bozeman started with EAS in April 2018 as a Help Desk Technician. In the support department he learned Eagle*Print Live Scans and our RMS/JMS software, and became proficient at setting up third-party interfaces and migrating Eagle servers. In May 2019, Jared moved to Technical Operations and took on more duties, which include installing and training Live Scan fingerprinting systems at customer sites, and helping to maintain the company’s own IT infrastructure.

Before joining EAS, Jared relocated to Georgia in 2010 from the Chicago, Illinois, area. In 2013, he gained a position in quality control with Cadillac Products, where he worked for five years and was responsible for testing military grade materials. In 2017, Jared earned a B.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Network Administration, and while in school he also obtained the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. When he isn’t working, Jared likes to fish, boat, play video games, and zip around the motocross track with his wife and three kids.

Chris Cook is a highly experienced computer hardware and software technician. He’s been providing top-notch technical support to public safety customers for over 30 years. Chris relies on his thorough knowledge of the industry and our products to ensure that customers always receive exceptional support from our Help Desk staff. Before joining the company more than 20 years ago, Chris worked in communications and dispatch roles for seven years with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office and E-911 Center. Chris has been married since 1996 and has two children. In his spare time, he loves traveling to the mountains or the beach and spending quality time there with his family.

Ethan Garmon
Help Desk Technician

Ethan Garmon joined the EAS team in April 2018. Since then he’s become skilled in supporting our Eagle*Advantage RMS/JMS, Eagle*Mobile, and Eagle*Print Live Scan products. Previously, Ethan specialized in electronic inventory control at Frito-Lay while attending courses in computer analysis, security, networking, and maintenance. In 2015, he graduated from West Georgia Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. In his free time, Ethan enjoys barbecues with family and friends, working out, gaming, tennis, golf, and reading.

Patrick Everett is an experienced software engineer who’s been with the company since 2006. At EAS, he specializes in developing and maintaining the digital imaging and reporting modules in our Eagle*Advantage RMS/JMS software. Patrick is highly proficient with related technologies including Oracle databases and the Microsoft .NET platform. Patrick’s past work experience includes Student Information Technology Services at the University of West Georgia, which he graduated from with a B.S. in Computer Science. Two of Patrick’s personal hobbies are cycling and video games.
