Eagle Advantage Solutions (EAS) was founded in 1998 in Carrollton, GA, as Paragon Total Solutions (PTS). The company evolved and eventually became EAS in 2011 under its current leadership. EAS is Southern-owned and operated, and is focused on being a top provider of public safety solutions. Cathy Guillebeau

Cathy Guillebeau became the President of EAS in January 2011 and serves as both the company's CEO and COO. Cathy has extensive experience in the public safety software industry, and is an expert in Records Management and Jail Management systems design and development.

Cathy's background includes more than 35 years' business experience and she holds a B.S. in Computer Science, graduating with honors in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of West Georgia.
Whitney Pike
Vice President,

Whitney Pike is a highly experienced software design and development engineer, focusing primarily on Live Scan, Records Management, Jail Management, and Mobile law enforcement systems. Whitney has more than 11 years' experience designing and developing enterprise software systems. While at EAS, his primary focus has been on architectural design and leading the engineering team in agile development methodologies.

Whitney's previous experience includes The Ross Group, Inc., where he worked on complex software development projects including UVIS (University Veterinary Information System), AAA Motor Club, and NASW (National Association of Social Workers). Whitney graduated from the University of West Georgia’s AACSB accredited College of Business with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems.

Cindy has over 35 years’ experience in government and private sector software support, customer relations, and sales. She is also well versed in account management and client contracts. At EAS, Cindy uses her thorough knowledge of the public safety industry to match our solutions to the needs of current and prospective customers. She ensures that the process of onboarding new clients goes smoothly and that each is positioned to get the most out of our products. When compliance requirements change or customer needs evolve, Cindy helps coordinate updates to our software. She also works closely with our partners on the interoperability of Eagle*Advantage with their solutions.

Mike Phillips

Mike is a highly skilled IT technician with 35 years’ experience in electronics, computers, QA, and management. At EAS, he oversees our IT infrastructure, such as our network, servers, domain, website, and phone system. He also manages customer projects, supervises Tech Ops, procures equipment, coordinates hiring, and provides Tier 3 technical support.

Previously, Mike served for 10 years in the USAF as an avionics technician and NCO, and earned an A.A.S. in electronics. In 1996, he moved to Georgia to study PC repair, networking, Windows, and Active Directory, later obtaining his A+ and Net+ certifications. Prior to rejoining us in 2011, Mike worked in various Help Desk and IT Administrator roles for area firms, including an EAS predecessor, PTS. In his free time, Mike enjoys watching and playing sports, reading sci-fi, gaming, and traveling around the world.
Keith Ham
Sr. Network & Field Services
Keith Ham is a highly proficient computer and IT technician with almost 20 years’ experience in the industry. In 2014, Keith moved to Georgia and joined EAS. Since then he’s become our lead Eagle*Print Live Scan support technician, installer, trainer, and tester. Keith also manages the company’s firewalls and helps maintain internal IT assets such as servers, switches, PCs, printers, and mobile phones.

Prior to 2014, Keith earned associate’s degrees in Computer Information Systems and Software Engineering, and also trained as a Canon and Toshiba copier technician. He completed his CompTIA PDI+ certification while working for ABS Business Systems, and he served as an IT contractor for SAIC at FEMA’s facility in Anniston, Alabama. Outside of work, Keith likes to tinker with technology, play video games, try new restaurants, and visit theme parks with his wife.
Jared Bozeman
Network & Field Services
Jared started in Customer Support with EAS in April 2018. He rapidly learned our Eagle*Print and RMS/JMS products, becoming adept at setting up interfaces and migrating Eagle servers. In May 2019, Jared moved to Tech Ops and took on more duties. Those include installing and training Live Scans at customer sites, managing PC snapshots, and helping to maintain our internal IT assets.

Before joining us, Jared relocated to Georgia in 2010 from the Chicago, Illinois, area. In 2013, he gained a quality control position with Cadillac Products, where he worked for five years testing military grade materials. In 2017, Jared earned a B.S. in IT with a concentration in Network Administration, and also obtained his A+ and Net+ certifications. When he isn’t working, Jared likes to fish, boat, play video games, and zip around the motocross track with his wife and three kids.

Chris Cook is a highly experienced computer hardware and software technician. He’s been providing top-notch technical support to public safety customers for over 30 years. Chris relies on his thorough knowledge of the industry and our products to ensure that customers always receive exceptional support from our Help Desk staff.

Before joining the company more than 20 years ago, Chris worked in communications and dispatch roles for seven years with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office and E-911 Center. Chris has been married since 1996 and has two children. In his spare time, he loves traveling to the mountains or the beach and spending quality time there with his family.
Julie Hamilton
Help Desk Technician

Julie is a customer service and sales professional with over 30 years’ experience. She joined the company in 2005, and has become a fixture in our support department. Julie relies on her considerable knowledge of our products and agency workflows to provide friendly and effective first-line support to our clients. Julie also coordinates RMS/JMS upgrades and server swaps, helps test additions to our software, and trains customers on new reporting requirements.

Julie’s past experience includes customer service and sales roles with a variety of companies in her hometown of Carrollton, GA, including five-year spans with Electronic Data Interchange, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and West Georgia National Bank. For fun, Julie likes to visit the beach with friends and family, or simply relax at home with her three sons and her grandson.

Ethan Garmon
Help Desk Technician

Ethan Garmon joined the EAS Help Desk team in April 2018. He quickly became skilled in providing our customers with technical support for our Eagle*Advantage RMS/JMS, Eagle*Mobile, and Eagle*Print Live Scan products.

Previously, Ethan specialized in electronic inventory control at Frito-Lay while attending courses in computer analysis, security, networking, and maintenance. In 2015, he graduated from West Georgia Technical College with an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems. In his free time, Ethan enjoys barbecues with family and friends, working out, gaming, tennis, golf, and reading.

Patrick Everett

Patrick Everett is a very experienced software engineer who’s been with the company since 2006. At EAS, he specializes in developing and maintaining the digital imaging and reporting modules in our Eagle*Advantage RMS/JMS software. Patrick is adept at structuring queries to produce complex reports, and he’s highly proficient with related technologies including Oracle databases and the Microsoft .NET platform.

Patrick’s past work experience includes Student Information Technology Services at the University of West Georgia, which he graduated from with a B.S. in Computer Science. Two of Patrick’s personal hobbies are cycling and video games.

Ryan Curry
Software Engineer
Ryan Curry is an experienced software engineer who’s proficient with the Microsoft .NET platform, JavaScript, and HTML. His main focus at EAS has been on web development and design. Ryan builds, deploys, and maintains several of our customer-facing websites and web portals, many of which interface with our Eagle*Advantage RMS software. Ryan’s also the lead developer of our Eagle*Store & Forward solution for Georgia Live Scans.

Prior to joining our Engineering department in 2013, Ryan attended the University of West Georgia. He graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and was invited to be a member of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon honor society. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys piloting small airplanes, working on his cars, playing video games, and boating.
