Cathy Guillebeau has been the President of Eagle Advantage Solutions since January 2011. She has extensive experience in the public safety software industry, and is an expert in Records Management and Jail Management systems development. Cathy's background includes more than 30 years business experience and she holds a B.S. in Computer Science, graduating with honors in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of West Georgia.
Whitney Pike
Vice President,

Whitney Pike is a highly experienced software design and development engineer, focusing primarily on Live Scan, Records Management, Jail Management, and Mobile law enforcement systems. Whitney has more than 11 years experience designing and developing enterprise software systems. While at EAS, his primary focus has been on architectural design and leading the engineering team in agile development methodologies. His past experience includes The Ross Group, Inc. where he worked on complex software development projects including UVIS (University Veterinary Information System), AAA Motor Club, and NASW (National Association of Social Workers). Whitney graduated from the University of West Georgia’s AACSB accredited College of Business with a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems.

Cindy Davison has 30 years experience in government and private sector software support, customer relations, and sales. She is also well versed in account management, client contracts, and maintenance agreements. Cindy uses her thorough knowledge of public safety software to manage the process of integrating Eagle*Advantage products with other vendor software.
